More than 75 maintenance professionals competed for the title of Maintenance Mania champion at the Collins Arena at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.Contestants were challenged to install heaters, faucets, icemakers, carbon monoxide detectors, and ceilings fans. Other competitions included a duo flush toilet conversion, deadbolt test, and our favorite, a race car competition.
