Chuck Anania is the founder, CEO, President, and Chief Roof Giver of Roof4Roof, serving commercial property owners, managers, HOAs, building operators, and residential clients across New Jersey. Known as The Truth-Teller and a man on a mission, Chuck helps property owners understand roof and exterior problems before small issues become expensive emergencies.

Chuck’s approach is direct and practical. He inspects the roof and related exterior systems, explains what he sees in plain English, and helps clients make the best decision for their building and budget. Ryan Sicovitch is the COO, co-owner, and Business Development Manager at Roof4Roof, where he brings deep company experience across sales, production, marketing, and operations. Since joining Roof4Roof in 2010, Ryan has worked through multiple departments of the company, giving him a full-picture understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality roofing and exterior projects from first conversation to final outcome.

Ryan is known as The Exterior Tactician because he combines technical awareness with operational discipline.
