Sponsoring Maintenance Mania | NJAA Events
On Wednesday, March 8, 2017 New Jersey Roofing Co. sponsored the New Jersey Apartment Association’s 9th annual Maintenance Mania event. More than 75 maintenance professionals competed for the title of Maintenance Mania champion at the Collins Arena at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.
Contestants were challenged to install heaters, faucets, icemakers, carbon monoxide detectors, and ceilings fans. Other competitions included a duo flush toilet conversion, deadbolt test, and our favorite, a race car competition. Contestants were judged based on speed and skill.
Congrats to Albert Kasneci, Marcos Guerrero and Craig Hintzen who placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
The winners will move on to compete in the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) National Competition in June at Atlanta, Georgia.
